The Great Lock-In chaLLENGE
A 30-Day Accountability Experience for Women Committed to Leading Healthier, Happier, More Abundant Lives.
Monday, September 21, 2026 - Tuesday, October 20, 2026
To become fully focused, intentional, and committed to accomplishing what matters most, especially when motivation fades, life becomes difficult, or distractions try to pull you off course.
“Lock-In” Defined
the challenge
Inspired by the viral social-media movement, The Great Lock-In challenges us to stop procrastinating, eliminate distractions, and take focused action toward the lives we say we want, before the year ends.
There are no universal goals or rigid rules. Each woman chooses meaningful commitments within three areas: becoming Healthier, Happier, and more Abundant. From Monday, September 21, through Tuesday, October 20, we’ll work toward those commitments through consistent action, honest reflection, community support, and accountability.
This is not about being perfect for 30 days. It’s about refusing to abandon ourselves, following through on what we say we’ll do, and building the momentum to enter 2027 as the women we’ve been called to be.
THE THREE PILLARS
HEALTHY. Happy. Abundant.
Every woman’s Great Lock-In will look different. Rather than following one rigid set of rules, each member will choose one meaningful, measurable commitment within each of the three pillars: Healthy, Happy, and Abundant.
Your commitments should reflect what you genuinely need in this season, not what looks impressive to anyone else. Throughout the challenge, we’ll track our progress, support one another, make adjustments when necessary, and continue taking intentional steps toward the lives we desire to lead.
01
HEALTHY
Strengthening your mind, body, and spirit.
The Healthy pillar focuses on habits that support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, helping you feel stronger, clearer, and more grounded. It is about building the energy, stability, and self-trust you need to show up fully for yourself and the life you are creating. Your commitment may involve physical fitness, nutrition, sleep, emotional wellness, spiritual discipline, reducing alcohol, managing stress, or caring for your mental health.
Ask yourself: What consistent practice would help me become a healthier, stronger, and more grounded version of myself?
02
Happy
Creating a life that feels good, not merely one that looks good.
The Happy pillar is about making room for joy, peace, meaningful relationships, healthy boundaries, and experiences that bring you back to yourself. It is about creating a life that feels fulfilling from the inside out. Your commitment may involve nurturing friendships, releasing an unhealthy relationship pattern, trying new experiences, improving your environment, protecting your peace, or rediscovering something you love.
Ask yourself: What would bring more genuine joy, meaningful connection, and peace into my life?
03
abundant
Building greater purpose, opportunity, and financial well-being.
Abundance includes money, but it is not limited to money. The Abundant pillar focuses on becoming a better steward of your gifts, time, resources, and opportunities. Your commitment may involve launching a business, advancing your career, increasing your income, paying down debt, saving consistently, completing an important project, or finally taking action on a God-given vision.
Ask yourself: What focused action would move me toward greater purpose, freedom, and possibility?
how it works
Choose one primary commitment under each pillar and define what follow-through will look like each week. Your commitments should be specific enough to track, realistic enough to sustain, and meaningful enough to change your life.
You may also identify one habit, distraction, or pattern you are committed to releasing during this season.
The goal is not perfection. It is to stop abandoning yourself, reset quickly when you fall off course, and build evidence, one decision at a time, that you can trust yourself to follow through.
1. Choose Your Commitments
Select one meaningful, measurable commitment within each pillar.
2. Create Your Lock-In Plan
Define the habits, actions, and boundaries that will help you follow through.
3. Show Up and Check In
Track your progress, participate in the community, and attend the weekly virtual check-ins.
4. Adjust, Don’t Abandon
When life happens, revise the plan and keep moving instead of giving up.
WHO IT’S FOR
Not casual. Not passive. Committed.
The Great Lock-In is for the woman who knows she is capable of more and is tired of postponing the changes she knows could transform her life. She is ready to stop waiting for the perfect time, eliminate the distractions that keep pulling her off course, and become intentional about what happens next.
You do not need to have everything figured out, and you do not need to arrive with a perfect plan. You simply need to be willing to choose meaningful commitments, take consistent action, reflect honestly, and keep moving forward, even when motivation fades or life becomes difficult.
If you are ready to become healthier, happier, and more abundant, and you are willing to contribute meaningfully to the community, you are in the right place.
The Great Lock-In is for…
The woman who is tired of repeatedly abandoning the promises she makes to herself.
The woman who knows what she wants but needs structure and accountability to follow through.
The woman who is ready to eliminate distractions and make this season count.
The woman who is ready to transform her health, happiness, finances, purpose, or faith.
The woman who desires the support of ambitious, honest, growth-minded women.
The woman who is willing to participate, not merely observe.

WHY I’M LEADING THIS CHALLENGE
Hi, I’m Krissy Fields, a Certified Life Coach and founder of The Power Woman Society. I genuinely love bringing women together, helping them recognize what’s possible for their lives, and connecting them with the people, resources, and opportunities that can help them grow.
When I saw The Great Lock-In gaining momentum on Instagram, the message immediately resonated with me. Like so many women, I have meaningful goals, bigger visions, and areas of my life where I know I’m capable of more. But knowing what we want isn’t the same as consistently following through. I realized I didn’t want to take on this season alone, and I suspected other women felt the same way.
I’m not leading this challenge as someone who has everything figured out. I’m locking in alongside you, making my own commitments, doing the work, and recommitting whenever life pulls me off course.
My role is to create the structure, connection, and accountability that can help us all succeed. I believe something powerful happens when women share their strengths, exchange resources, encourage one another, and grow together.
We don’t have to coast through the final months of the year or wait until January 1 to become serious about the lives we want. There’s still time to make meaningful changes, finish what we started in 2026, and change direction where needed. Together, we’re choosing to finish this year strong so we can enter 2027 not merely setting new intentions, but already becoming the women we know we’re capable of being.

No. You are welcome to participate from anywhere because the weekly check-ins and community conversations are virtual.
However, the themed group dinner, brunch, and any additional in-person activities will take place in The Woodlands or Houston.
-
Our weekly check-ins are structured, supportive 60-minute conversations designed to help you reflect, refocus, and keep showing up and following through.
Each call may include:
Celebrating wins and meaningful progress
Discussing challenges or areas where support is needed
Sharing helpful ideas, connections, and resources
A brief teaching, guided conversation, or occasional guest speaker
Identifying clear priorities and commitments for the upcoming week
The goal is for every woman to leave feeling encouraged, supported, and clear about her next steps.
-
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to attend every weekly check-in. Although live participation is strongly encouraged, missing an occasional meeting will not prevent you from continuing with the challenge.
You can reconnect inside the private Facebook group, share your progress, ask for support, and recommit to your commitments for the week.
-
A Facebook account is required to participate in the Facebook group discussions.
The private Facebook group is where we stay connected, encouraged, and accountable between our weekly calls.
You can expect regular prompts centered around setting intentions, checking in on your progress, asking for support, and celebrating your wins. Members are also encouraged to start conversations, share helpful resources, post encouragement, ask questions, and support one another throughout the challenge.
This is not a community where everything must come from the host. It is designed to be an active circle of women who contribute, connect, and help one another remain locked in.
-
Your personal time commitment will depend on your individual goals and the commitments you make for the challenge.
At minimum, plan to attend the 60-minute Monday check-in and spend approximately 30-60 minutes engaging with the Facebook community throughout the week. The additional time you devote to your personal goals, habits, and action steps is entirely up to you.
The more consistently you participate, ask for support, and follow through on your commitments, the more value you are likely to receive from the experience.
-
Participants will have the opportunity to attend a themed group dinner tentatively scheduled for Thursday, October 1, and a brunch tentatively scheduled for Saturday, October 17.
Advance RSVP is required, and space may be limited. Venue and reservation details will be shared with registered participants. Food, beverages, and any associated event costs will be purchased separately by each participant and are not included in the challenge registration fee.
-
Absolutely. The Great Lock-In is a private, invitation-only experience growing through personal invitations and trusted referrals.
Invited participants may extend the invitation to one or two women who are serious about locking in, committed to their growth, and prepared to contribute positively to the community.
Registration details should only be shared directly with women who would genuinely benefit from and contribute to the experience. Please do not post or distribute the private registration link publicly.
-
The registration fee is charged as a one-time payment. There are no monthly installments or recurring charges.
Your place in The Great Lock-In is confirmed once your payment has been successfully processed and you receive your registration confirmation. Your participation will not automatically renew after the challenge concludes on October 20, 2026.
-
All payments are nonrefundable, and all sales are final.
Because space is limited and your registration reserves a place in the group, missed meetings, changes in availability, or choosing not to participate will not qualify for a refund.
If the challenge is canceled in its entirety, registration fees will be refunded.
-
After registering, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to the private Facebook community, the weekly Zoom details, important challenge dates, and information about optional in-person experiences. You’ll also complete a brief onboarding form, which will allow us to learn more about you and the goals you’re committed to pursuing.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your registration and community access to be confirmed.
-
Because The Great Lock-In is a live experience, occasional schedule or programming changes may be necessary. While every effort will be made to follow the published schedule, dates, times, locations, activities, and event details are subject to change due to venue availability, enrollment, weather, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Gatherings may be modified, rescheduled, replaced, or canceled when necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
