This Privacy Policy explains how Krissy Fields, operating under the name The Power Woman Society ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with The Great Lock-In Challenge 2026, its website, registration process, private Facebook group, Zoom meetings, communications, and related in-person activities (collectively, the "Challenge").
1 Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly, including:
Your name, email address, telephone number, city or general location, and confirmation that you are at least 21 years old.
Registration information, participation-rate selection, referral information, and payment confirmation. Payment card information is processed by a third-party payment processor and is not intended to be stored by us.
Goals, commitments, interests, profile information, photographs, survey responses, and other information you choose to share during registration or participation.
Messages, emails, text messages, support requests, feedback, and other communications with us.
Content you choose to post or share in the private Facebook group, Zoom meetings, group chats, or Challenge activities.
Audio, video, display name, chat messages, and other content captured during announced Zoom recordings.
Photographs, video, and audio captured at in-person Challenge activities.
We may also receive technical information when you use the website, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, and cookie or analytics data. The information available to us depends on the settings and services used on the website.
2 How We Use Information
We may use information to:
Process registration and payment and confirm eligibility for the Challenge.
Operate Zoom meetings, the private Facebook group, accountability activities, optional in-person experiences, and participant communications.
Send scheduling information, links, reminders, program materials, safety notices, and other Challenge-related updates by email or text.
Respond to questions, provide support, enforce participant standards, prevent misuse, and protect the safety and integrity of the community.
Evaluate and improve the Challenge, website, programming, and future offerings.
Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our legal rights.
Use permitted photographs and non-sensitive recordings for appropriate promotional purposes as described below.
3 Private Group Content and Participant Visibility
The Challenge is built around group participation. Information that you share during Zoom meetings, within the private Facebook group, in group messages, or at in-person activities may be seen or heard by other registered participants. Please share thoughtfully and avoid posting information that you do not want other participants to know.
We require participants to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee that every participant will comply. Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, download, reproduce, or publicly share another participant's image, statements, posts, personal information, or disclosures without that participant's express permission.
4 Zoom Recordings
Weekly Zoom meetings or other virtual sessions may be recorded. Recording will be announced, and registration constitutes consent to appear in and be heard in announced recordings. Replays may be made available only to registered participants in the current Challenge for the access period communicated by us. Participants may not download, copy, repost, or share the recordings unless we provide written authorization.
A participant who does not wish to appear on camera may turn off her camera and may contact us before speaking about especially sensitive matters. Participation by audio, chat, display name, or other means may still appear in the recording.
5 Photographs Recordings and Promotional Use
By participating, you authorize us to photograph or record Challenge activities and to use appropriate event photographs and non-sensitive audio or video excerpts that include your name, image, voice, or likeness in connection with The Power Woman Society, The Great Lock-In Challenge, and related promotional communications, including websites, social media, email, and digital or printed marketing materials.
This permission does not authorize us to publish private Facebook posts, screenshots, personal goals, sensitive disclosures, or a personal testimonial or endorsement attributed to you. We will seek separate written permission before publicly using that type of content. We will also avoid using a Zoom excerpt that reasonably reveals sensitive health, financial, family, faith, or relationship information without separate permission.
6 How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Challenge, such as website and form providers, payment processors, Zoom, Meta or Facebook, email and text-message providers, cloud-storage providers, analytics providers, professional advisers, and event vendors. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to respond to lawful requests; to investigate fraud, threats, safety concerns, or violations of our Terms and Conditions; to protect participants, our rights, or the public; or in connection with a reorganization, transfer, or sale of the Challenge or related business assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice required by applicable law.
7 Cookies Analytics and Third Party Services
The website and third-party services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies for site operation, security, preferences, analytics, and performance. You may be able to control cookies through your browser or any cookie-preference tool displayed on the website. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.
The website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. We do not control the privacy practices of those platforms, including Squarespace, payment processors, Zoom, Facebook, or linked event venues. Please review their privacy notices before providing information directly to them.
8 Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive operational emails and text messages relating to registration and participation, such as confirmations, Zoom links, reminders, schedule changes, and safety or event information. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential text messages by replying STOP, but doing so may cause you to miss Challenge updates. Promotional marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe using the method provided in the message.
9 Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Challenge, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may differ by type of information and service provider. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small program, but no website, email account, cloud service, Facebook group, Zoom session, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own passwords and devices.
10 Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we control, or ask questions about our privacy practices, by emailing thepowerwomansociety@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law. Depending on applicable law, additional rights or appeal procedures may be available to you.
11 Age Eligibility
The Challenge is intended only for adults age 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21 through Challenge registration. If you believe a person under 21 has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Challenge, technology, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised version will display a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate.
