The Great Lock-In chaLLENGE
A 30-Day Challenge for Women to Pursue Goals, Build Connections, and Have Fun Together Along the Way.
Monday, October 12, 2026 - Tuesday, November 10, 2026
Registration closes Sunday, October 11 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
To become fully focused, intentional, and committed to accomplishing what matters most, especially when motivation fades, life becomes difficult, or distractions try to pull you off course.
“Lock-In” Defined
the challenge
Inspired by the viral social-media movement, The Great Lock-In challenges us to stop procrastinating, eliminate distractions, and take focused action toward the lives we say we want, before the year ends.
There are no universal goals or rigid rules. Each woman chooses meaningful commitments within three areas: becoming Healthier, Happier, and more Abundant. From Monday, October 12, through Tuesday, November 10, we’ll work toward those commitments through consistent action, honest reflection, community support, and accountability.
This is not about being perfect for 30 days. It’s about refusing to abandon ourselves, following through on what we say we’ll do, and building the momentum to enter 2027 as the women we’ve been called to be.
how it works
YOUR GOALS. YOUR COMMITMENTS. OUR SUPPORT.
Every woman’s Great Lock-In will look different. You’ll choose one meaningful goal, or a few related goals, to focus on over the next 30 days. Whether you want to strengthen your health, build your business, or finish an important project, your goals should reflect what you genuinely need in this season.
You don’t have to work on every area of your life at once. Choose what matters to you, make weekly commitments, and work toward your goals with support and accountability from the women alongside you.
01
CHOOSE YOUR GOALS
DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE PROGRESS ON.
What would make a meaningful difference in your life right now? You might focus on physical fitness, better routines, nurturing friendships, decluttering your space, saving consistently, advancing your career, or finally bringing an idea to life.
Choose a goal that matters to you, and define what progress could realistically look like over the next 30 days.
Ask yourself: What do I want to change, strengthen, or accomplish during this challenge?
02
MAKE WEEKLY COMMITMENTS
TURN YOUR GOALS INTO INTENTIONAL ACTION.
Each week, choose specific, manageable actions that move you toward your goals. That might mean scheduling three workouts, setting aside time for a project, cleaning your closet, reviewing your spending, or making plans with a friend.
Your commitments should fit your life while challenging you to follow through. Small, consistent actions give you something concrete to build on.
Ask yourself: What will I commit to doing this week to move forward?
03
CHECK IN & KEEP GOING
STAY CONNECTED AS YOU FOLLOW THROUGH.
Through weekly group check-ins and our private Facebook community, you’ll share progress, celebrate wins, and talk through challenges with other women working toward their own goals.
Throughout the challenge, we’ll support one another, make adjustments when necessary, and keep taking intentional steps toward the things we’ve committed to accomplishing.
Ask yourself: What’s working, what needs adjusting, and what is my next step?
WHO IT’S FOR
Not casual. Not passive. Committed.
The Great Lock-In is for the woman who knows she is capable of more and is tired of postponing the changes she knows could transform her life. She is ready to stop waiting for the perfect time, eliminate the distractions that keep pulling her off course, and become intentional about what happens next.
You do not need to have everything figured out, and you do not need to arrive with a perfect plan. You simply need to be willing to choose meaningful commitments, take consistent action, reflect honestly, and keep moving forward, even when motivation fades or life becomes difficult.
If you are ready to become healthier, happier, and more abundant, and you are willing to contribute meaningfully to the community, you are in the right place.
The Great Lock-In is for…
The woman who is tired of repeatedly abandoning the promises she makes to herself.
The woman who knows what she wants but needs structure and accountability to follow through.
The woman who is ready to eliminate distractions and make this season count.
The woman who is ready to transform her health, happiness, finances, purpose, or faith.
The woman who desires the support of ambitious, honest, growth-minded women.
The woman who is willing to participate, not merely observe.
what to expect
weekly virtual group check-in
Each Monday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Central Time, we’ll come together via Zoom to reflect on our progress, celebrate wins, work through challenges, and recommit to the week ahead. These conversations are designed to provide the clarity, encouragement, and accountability we need to keep showing up and following through. A link to join will be sent each week by email or text.
1
private facebook community
Our private Facebook group serves as the communication and connection hub for the challenge. Participants will use the group to respond to accountability prompts, share progress, celebrate wins, ask for support, and connect between Monday Zoom calls. A Facebook account is required to participate in these group discussions. Essential scheduling information and event details will still be shared by email or text.
2
in-person connection
Participants will have the opportunity to attend a group dinner tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, and a group brunch tentatively scheduled for Saturday, November 7. These gatherings are a chance to connect in person, get to know one another, and enjoy time together outside of our weekly Zoom calls. Food, beverages, and any associated event costs are purchased separately by each participant. Venue and reservation details will be shared with registered participants.
3
bonus meetups & experiences
4
Additional opportunities to connect may include coffee meetups, group walks, co-working sessions, workshops, and spontaneous social gatherings. These optional experiences will be offered as schedules and availability allow, giving us more ways to build relationships, support one another, and enjoy the journey together.

WHY I’M LEADING THIS CHALLENGE
Hi, I’m Krissy Fields, a Certified Life Coach who genuinely loves bringing women together, helping them recognize what’s possible for their lives, and connecting them with the people, resources, and opportunities that can help them grow.
When I saw The Great Lock-In gaining momentum on Instagram, the message immediately resonated with me. Like so many women, I have meaningful goals, bigger visions, and areas of my life where I know I’m capable of more. But knowing what we want isn’t the same as consistently showing up and following through to make it happen. That takes commitment, discipline, and consistency. I knew I could work toward those things on my own, but I also knew that doing it alongside other women, each of us pursuing our own goals while encouraging and holding one another accountable, would make the experience that much more motivating and rewarding.
So I decided to create this group as a place for women to come together, get focused, and support one another as we work toward the things that matter to us.
I’m not leading this challenge as someone who has everything figured out. I’m locking in alongside you, making my own commitments, doing the work, and recommitting whenever life pulls me off course.
My role is to create the structure, connection, and accountability that can help us all succeed. I believe something powerful happens when women share their strengths, exchange resources, encourage one another, and grow together.
We don’t have to coast through the final months of the year or wait until January 1 to become serious about the lives we want. There’s still time to make meaningful changes, shift direction where needed, and finish what we started in 2026.
So, let’s choose to lock in together now and enter 2027 not merely setting new intentions, but already becoming the women we know we’re capable of being.

Our weekly check-ins are structured, supportive 60-minute conversations designed to help you reflect, refocus, and keep showing up and following through.
Each call may include:
Celebrating wins and meaningful progress
Discussing challenges or areas where support is needed
Sharing helpful ideas, connections, and resources
A brief teaching, guided conversation, or occasional guest speaker
Identifying clear priorities and commitments for the upcoming week
The goal is for every woman to leave feeling encouraged, supported, and clear about her next steps.
Calls may conclude early when the planned content and participant discussion are complete.
-
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to attend every weekly check-in. Although live participation is strongly encouraged, missing an occasional meeting will not prevent you from continuing with the challenge.
You can reconnect inside the private Facebook group, share your progress, ask for support, and recommit to your commitments for the week.
-
A Facebook account is required to participate in the Facebook group discussions.
The private Facebook group is where we stay connected, encouraged, and accountable between our weekly calls.
You can expect regular prompts centered around setting intentions, checking in on your progress, asking for support, and celebrating your wins. Members are also encouraged to start conversations, share helpful resources, post encouragement, ask questions, and support one another throughout the challenge.
This is not a community where everything must come from the host. It is designed to be an active circle of women who contribute, connect, and help one another remain locked in.
-
Your personal time commitment will depend on your individual goals and the commitments you make for the challenge.
At minimum, plan to attend the 60-minute Monday check-in and spend approximately 30-60 minutes engaging with the Facebook community throughout the week. The additional time you devote to your personal goals, habits, and action steps is entirely up to you.
The more consistently you participate, ask for support, and follow through on your commitments, the more value you are likely to receive from the experience.
-
Participants will have the opportunity to attend a group dinner tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, and a group brunch tentatively scheduled for Saturday, November 7.
Venue and reservation details will be shared with registered participants. Food, beverages, and any associated event costs will be purchased separately by each participant and are not included in the challenge registration fee.
-
Absolutely. The Great Lock-In is a private, invitation-only experience growing through personal invitations and trusted referrals.
Invited participants may extend the invitation to one or two women who are serious about locking in, committed to their growth, and prepared to contribute positively to the community.
Registration details should only be shared directly with women who would genuinely benefit from and contribute to the experience. Please do not post or distribute the private registration link publicly.
-
The registration fee is charged as a one-time payment. There are no monthly installments or recurring charges.
Your place in The Great Lock-In is confirmed once your payment has been successfully processed and you receive your registration confirmation. Your participation will not automatically renew after the challenge concludes.
-
All payments are nonrefundable, and all sales are final.
Because space is limited and your registration reserves a place in the group, missed meetings, changes in availability, or choosing not to participate will not qualify for a refund.
If the challenge is canceled in its entirety, registration fees will be refunded.
-
After registering, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to the private Facebook community, the weekly Zoom details, important challenge dates, and information about optional in-person experiences. You’ll also complete a brief onboarding form, which will allow us to learn more about you and the goals you’re committed to pursuing.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your registration and community access to be confirmed.
-
Because The Great Lock-In is a live experience, occasional schedule or programming changes may be necessary. While every effort will be made to follow the published schedule, dates, times, locations, activities, and event details are subject to change due to venue availability, enrollment, weather, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Gatherings may be modified, rescheduled, replaced, or canceled when necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
