Referral Partner Terms

Thank you for partnering with me to introduce women to The Great Lock-In Challenge.

These terms are designed to keep our referral partnership simple, clear, and fair for everyone involved.

REFERRAL COMMISSION

Referral Partners will earn a $30 referral commission for each eligible paid registration directly attributed to them for The Great Lock-In Challenge.

Eligible registrations include:

Standard Rate — $100
Referral Partner earns $30

Pay-It-Forward Rate — $150
Referral Partner earns $30

The Supported Rate — $50 is not eligible for referral commission. Supported Rate registrations are limited, require approval, and are offered based on availability.

Referral commissions are available only for eligible registrations completed while registration for the applicable cohort remains open and space is available.

REFERRAL CREDIT & TRACKING

To receive commission for a registration, the participant should select the Referral Partner's name from the Referral Partner field during Stripe checkout.

Referral credit is based on completed, paid registrations attributed to the Referral Partner through the checkout process.

If a participant was directly referred by a Referral Partner but accidentally fails to select that Referral Partner's name during checkout, the Referral Partner should notify Krissy Fields as soon as possible. Krissy may review the registration and determine whether referral credit should be applied.

Simply sharing information about The Great Lock-In Challenge or referring someone who does not complete an eligible paid registration does not qualify for commission.

COMMISSION PAYMENT

Referral commissions earned during the inaugural cohort registration period will be paid by October 11, 2026.

Each Referral Partner will receive one combined payment for all eligible paid registrations attributed to them during the enrollment period.

PROMOTING THE CHALLENGE

Referral Partners are welcome to personally share The Great Lock-In Challenge with women in their networks through conversations, text messages, phone calls, email, social media direct messages, and other appropriate one-to-one outreach.

Public social media posts, Stories, group posts, mass emails, or other broad public promotion should not be made until approved by Krissy Fields.

Referral Partners must clearly disclose their financial relationship with The Great Lock-In Challenge when recommending or promoting the program. This means letting prospective participants know that the Referral Partner may receive a referral commission if they register through their referral. The disclosure should be clear and included as part of the recommendation or promotional message.

Referral Partners should represent The Great Lock-In Challenge accurately and should not make promises, guarantees, discounts, or claims about the program beyond information and promotional materials provided or approved by Krissy Fields.

Referral Partners may personalize their outreach and speak authentically about why they believe someone may benefit from the challenge, but may not alter the program's pricing, terms, benefits, or policies.

Referral Partners may not offer unauthorized discounts or collect registration payments on behalf of The Great Lock-In Challenge.

REGISTRATION AVAILABILITY

Enrollment for The Great Lock-In Challenge is limited and may close once the available capacity for the cohort has been reached.

The inaugural cohort has an initial capacity of 50 participants. Additional availability, if any, will be determined by Krissy Fields based on enrollment and program capacity.

Referral Partners should refer prospective participants to the official registration process and should not guarantee that a spot will remain available.

Krissy Fields will communicate any changes in registration availability or promotional status through the Referral Partner Hub or directly to Referral Partners.

REFERRAL PARTNER RELATIONSHIP

Participation as a Referral Partner does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with Krissy Fields, The Great Lock-In Challenge, or Power Woman Society.

Referral Partners participate independently and are responsible for their own outreach methods, expenses, and any applicable personal tax obligations associated with referral payments.

Referral Partners are not authorized to enter into agreements, make commitments, or otherwise act on behalf of Krissy Fields, The Great Lock-In Challenge, or Power Woman Society.

PROGRAM CHANGES

Krissy Fields reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Referral Partner Program for future cohorts.

Any eligible referral commissions already earned under these terms will remain payable according to the terms in effect when the eligible registration was completed.

Changes to future referral opportunities, commission amounts, enrollment capacity, promotional periods, or other program details may be communicated separately for each cohort.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By participating as a Referral Partner and referring prospective participants to The Great Lock-In Challenge, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Referral Partner Terms.
