Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Great Lock-In Challenge 2026

Effective September 10, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to registration for The Great Lock-In Challenge 2026 offered by Krissy Fields under the name The Power Woman Society. Please review it before paying. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1 One Time Payment and No Automatic Renewal

The participation fee is a one-time payment for the 30-day Challenge scheduled for Monday, September 21 through Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Registration does not automatically renew. Participation in any later Challenge or extension requires a separate invitation, offer, and registration unless you expressly agree otherwise in writing.

2 All Sales Are Final

All registration fees are final and nonrefundable except as expressly stated in Section 7 below or when a refund is required by law. The policy applies to every participation rate, including the Supported Rate, Standard Rate, and Pay-It-Forward Rate.

3 No Refund for Nonattendance or Personal Circumstances

No refund, full or partial, will be provided because a participant:

  • Changes her mind or decides the Challenge is not the right fit.

  • Registers but does not participate, misses a Zoom call, leaves the Facebook group, or does not attend an in-person activity.

  • Has a schedule conflict, travel issue, relocation, work obligation, family circumstance, illness, technology problem, or difficulty accessing Zoom or Facebook.

  • Does not complete her commitments or is dissatisfied with her personal results.

  • Chooses not to use some or all of the included opportunities.

4 Program and Schedule Changes

No refund will be provided because we reasonably change a date, time, location, venue, activity, facilitator, platform, format, or program detail; reschedule an individual session; substitute an activity; move an activity online; or cancel an optional component because of enrollment, venue availability, weather, illness, emergency, technology, safety, or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and, when practicable, provide a rescheduled session, substitute experience, replay, or other reasonable alternative. The exact alternative, if any, will depend on the circumstances.

5 Removal for Conduct or Terms Violations

A participant who is suspended or removed for violating the Terms and Conditions or community standards is not entitled to a refund. This includes removal for harassment, threats, discrimination, repeated disruption, unauthorized solicitation, privacy or confidentiality violations, unauthorized recording or sharing, illegal or unsafe conduct, access sharing, nonpayment, charge fraud, or material misrepresentation.

6 Optional Activity and Third Party Costs

Food, beverages, transportation, parking, venue fees, tickets, reservations, and other costs associated with optional or in-person activities are purchased separately by each participant unless expressly stated. Those charges are governed by the applicable venue or vendor's policies. We are not responsible for issuing a refund of money paid directly to a third party.

7 Cancellation of the Entire Challenge by Us

If we cancel the entire Challenge before it begins and do not offer a replacement start date or substantially similar alternative, we will refund the registration fee paid to us. If an extraordinary circumstance makes continued performance impossible after the Challenge begins, we may provide a reasonable substitute, credit, or proportional refund as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law. Cancellation or rescheduling of an individual session or optional activity is governed by Section 4 and does not constitute cancellation of the entire Challenge.

8 Transfers

Registration is personal and nontransferable unless we approve a transfer in writing before the Challenge begins. Approval is discretionary, subject to eligibility, invitation-only requirements, availability, and completion of registration by the replacement participant. An unapproved transfer does not create a right to a refund.

9 Payment Errors and Questions

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, email thepowerwomansociety@gmail.com promptly with your name, registration email address, charge date, and a description of the issue. We will review good-faith billing errors. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
