The Great Lock-In Challenge 2026
Effective September 10, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern registration for and participation in The Great Lock-In Challenge 2026. The Challenge is offered by Krissy Fields under the name The Power Woman Society ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering, paying, clicking an acceptance box, accessing Challenge materials, or participating, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy incorporated into them.
1 Challenge Term and Program Scope
The Challenge is a 30-day accountability experience scheduled for Monday, September 21 through Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Planned components include weekly virtual group check-ins, a private Facebook community, accountability prompts, optional in-person connection opportunities, and other activities that may be announced.
The Challenge is an accountability and community experience, not an accredited educational program, professional certification, therapy program, medical or fitness treatment, financial service, legal service, or guaranteed business opportunity.
2 Eligibility and Invitation Only Access
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Challenge is designed for adult women and is offered through personal invitations and trusted referrals. Registration is subject to availability and our acceptance. An invitation or referral does not guarantee admission.
Registration links and access credentials are private. You may share an invitation only with one or two women whom you genuinely believe would benefit from and contribute productively to the Challenge, unless we provide different written instructions. You may not publish a private registration link, Zoom link, recording, or Facebook group link publicly.
3 Registration Fees and Payment
The applicable one-time participation rate is displayed at registration. Available rates may include a Supported Rate, Standard Rate, and Pay-It-Forward Rate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the selected rate provides the same core Challenge access. Payment is due at registration and does not automatically renew.
The Pay-It-Forward Rate helps make participation available to another woman or otherwise supports access to the Challenge. It is not a charitable contribution, is not tax deductible, does not create a restricted charitable trust, and does not guarantee support for a particular named person.
Food, beverages, transportation, parking, venue charges, and costs connected with in-person or optional activities are not included unless expressly stated. Each participant is responsible for her own purchases and related expenses.
4 Refunds Transfers and Charge Questions
All registration fees are final and nonrefundable except when the Refund and Cancellation Policy expressly provides otherwise or when required by law. Registration is personal and may not be transferred without our written approval. Before disputing a charge, please contact us at thepowerwomansociety@gmail.com so we can review the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
5 Schedule Program and Venue Changes
Dates, times, locations, facilitators, venues, activities, technology platforms, and program details may change because of enrollment, venue availability, weather, illness, emergencies, technology issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances. We may reschedule, substitute, relocate, shorten, move online, combine, or cancel an individual session or optional activity. Reasonable program changes do not entitle a participant to a refund.
We will communicate material changes through the email address, telephone number, private Facebook group, or other contact method associated with your registration.
6 Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing your own commitments, determining whether activities are appropriate for you, attending as you are able, and participating honestly and respectfully. You are also responsible for maintaining the technology, internet access, Facebook account, Zoom access, transportation, and other resources needed to participate.
You agree to use Challenge content and spaces only for lawful, personal participation and not to impersonate another person, interfere with program operations, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape participant information, or use participant information for unrelated commercial purposes.
7 Community Standards and Removal
We may suspend or remove a participant, restrict access, or decline future participation when we reasonably believe her conduct threatens the safety, privacy, trust, alignment, or productive operation of the Challenge. Reasons may include:
Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive conduct.
Repeated disruption, hostility, disrespect, or refusal to follow reasonable group instructions.
Unauthorized solicitation, spam, promotion, recruitment, sales activity, or misuse of participant contact information.
Sharing confidential participant information or unauthorized recording, photography, screenshots, downloads, reposting, or distribution.
Illegal, fraudulent, unsafe, sexually inappropriate, or seriously misleading conduct.
Sharing private registration, Zoom, recording, or Facebook access with an unauthorized person.
Nonpayment, charge fraud, material misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
Removal for a conduct or Terms violation does not entitle the participant to a refund. We may act immediately when we believe prompt action is reasonably necessary for safety, privacy, or community protection.
8 Confidentiality and Respect for Other Participants
Challenge discussions may involve personal goals and sensitive life experiences. You agree not to disclose, quote, identify, or publicly discuss another participant's personal information, story, image, statements, posts, or disclosures without her express permission. You may discuss your own experience, but you must not reveal information that identifies another participant.
You may not record, photograph, screenshot, download, copy, reproduce, livestream, post, forward, or distribute any Zoom meeting, private Facebook content, group message, participant list, or other private Challenge content unless we and every identifiable affected participant give express permission. We require confidentiality but cannot guarantee that every participant will comply, so you should use discretion when sharing.
9 Zoom Recordings and Internal Replays
We may record Zoom meetings and other virtual sessions after announcing the recording. By registering and participating, you consent to the capture of your name, image, voice, chat messages, and contributions in announced recordings. Replays may be made available only to registered participants in the current Challenge for the access period we communicate.
If you do not want your image recorded, you may turn off your camera. If you do not want your voice recorded, you should refrain from speaking while recording is active and may communicate privately with us about another way to participate. Your display name, chat activity, or other participation may still be captured. No participant may download or redistribute a recording without written authorization.
10 Media Release and Testimonials
You authorize us to photograph or record Challenge activities and to use appropriate event photographs and non-sensitive excerpts that include your name, image, voice, or likeness to document or promote The Great Lock-In Challenge, The Power Woman Society, and related offerings through websites, social media, email, and digital or printed promotional materials. This permission is worldwide, royalty free, and may continue after the Challenge ends for materials created from the 2026 Challenge.
This general permission does not cover publication of private Facebook posts or screenshots, personal goals, sensitive disclosures, or a statement presented as your testimonial or endorsement. We will request separate written permission before publicly using that content. We will not materially alter a permitted statement in a way that changes its meaning.
11 Intellectual Property
Challenge names, branding, prompts, worksheets, presentations, videos, recordings, written materials, graphics, methods, and other content supplied by us are owned by or licensed to us and are provided for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, sell, publish, teach, license, adapt, distribute, or use them to operate another program without written permission.
You retain ownership of original content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, transmit, and reproduce content you submit as reasonably needed to operate the Challenge. Any public promotional use remains subject to the media and sensitive-content distinctions in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
12 Health Safety and Assumption of Risk
You are responsible for your own health, safety, decisions, travel, food and beverage choices, physical activity, and participation at third-party venues. Optional activities may involve ordinary risks, including travel, exercise, food allergies, alcohol, weather, crowds, and interaction with other people. You should consult an appropriate licensed professional before making significant health, exercise, mental-health, legal, or financial decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks of activities you choose to attend. You may decline any optional activity. If you experience an emergency or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional; the Challenge does not provide emergency or crisis services.
13 No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Results
Information shared by us, guest speakers, or participants is for general accountability, education, and community purposes. It is not individualized medical, mental-health, nutritional, fitness, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Participant opinions are their own and are not necessarily endorsed by us.
Results depend on individual circumstances, choices, effort, consistency, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular personal, health, relationship, financial, career, spiritual, or business result.
14 Third Party Platforms Venues and Participants
The Challenge may use or link to third-party platforms and venues, including Squarespace, payment processors, Zoom, Facebook, restaurants, and other service providers. Their availability, conduct, accessibility, security, pricing, and policies are outside our control. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.
We are not responsible for the independent conduct, advice, products, services, representations, or omissions of another participant, guest, venue, or third-party provider, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
15 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Challenge and all related content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of a particular result, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not disclaim warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krissy Fields and The Power Woman Society will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Challenge. Our total liability for a claim arising from the Challenge will not exceed the amount the claimant paid to register for the applicable Challenge. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from conduct for which Texas law prohibits limitation.
16 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse and protect Krissy Fields and The Power Woman Society from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or misconduct where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.
17 Communications and Electronic Acceptance
You consent to receive Challenge-related communications electronically at the email address or telephone number you provide. Electronic acceptance, including checking a box or completing registration after being presented with these Terms, has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law.
18 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action that is not subject to a legally required alternative forum must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Montgomery County, Texas, and the parties consent to that venue.
19 Changes Severability and Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms for future use. The version presented when you register governs your registration unless a change is required by law or you later agree to a revised version. Changes to scheduling or program details remain governed by Section 5.
If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any specific written registration terms constitute the agreement relating to the Challenge. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance stated.
